Launching the second round of the think.feel.brand Mastermind taught me A LOT!
It was a huge emotional and strategic ride and I kept joking that this whole Mastermind thing was just a secret plan of my heart and soul to expand me and stretch me into great heights.
Sometimes we hear a calling, something we really want to do, we jump deep, full of excitement and a super clear vision of how and why it needs to happen and then bang, reality hits.
So here it goes, the top 12 thing I learned this time:
1. MY MIND WILL SHIFT. A LOT.
Making myself really visible, speaking up and sharing my gifts was the perfect environment for my mind to get really stirred up.
A few enrolments made me feel on top of the world, a few quiet days brought such an intense lack of self belief.
The one in me that can hold both just sat there and watched.
It was such a condensed and in depth understanding of my beliefs, my fears, my thinking patterns…
2. I DON’T HAVE TO SELL
I’ve got all the scripts, I’ve read the tactics, I am aware of techniques that can make a better sell but as a general rule, I always go with heart and gut.
Every conversation I had with women interested in the Mastermind was a deep sharing of why I do what I do. It was also a genuine dive into their business and me trying to see if we are a match, if I can genuinely make a difference in their life.
I didn’t have to sell what I do, I just had to openheartedly speak about why I do what I do and guess what, the right ones, got it! Every single time!
3. AMP THE SELF CARE TEAM
Same as last round of launching, this time I had my team of kinesiologist, Myofascial angel chiropractor and intuitive healers all lined up before launching. I strategically scheduled each of them according to the different milestones in the launch and as always, they rocked!
Including them in my launch budget, ALWAYS pays off!
4. MEDITATION IS MY ROCK
My meditation practice has shifted a lot during the years but during this launch… gosh I went all over it.
You know point #1? There is no way I could have survived that if I didn’t have a practice where I’ve learned to not buy (too much) into my inner party of fear and joy!
5. WOMEN ARE DESPERATE FOR THIS WORK
I really believe in what I do. I do it with integrity and I see how it delivers results.
This launch I was a bit surprised about the conversations I had.
Brilliant women with not enough support. Way too much alone time, doing too many things on their own, not outsourcing and deeply questioning their worth.
We all do it, I’ve been there, but having a support circle or a mentor does create change.
So this was just a reminder to continue my work!
6. OPEN TO RECEIVING
As someone that loves giving, the mastermind got me thinking a lot about how comfortable (or not) I am receiving.
This round I did lots of work on believing I can be paid for what I love doing. I can make great money doing it, and it’s okay to get it all in one chunk.
This is something that will be ongoing, the work of allowing beautiful abundance to come into my life!
7. HAVING A MASTERMIND KEEPS ME AT MY BEST
I am part of a Mastermind myself, and during the launch, my gorgeous ladies saw me cry, laugh, overthink, act and manifest like never before. More than ever, this launch proved that it is a game changer. To have a group of rockstars that truly have my back, women I can trust made it all happen!
8. HAVE A TEAM THAT REALLY BELIEVES IN ME
Because my mind will play with me during launches, I now know that I need a team that can have my back and this launch I certainly did. Just a reminder to not only have conversations with them about running tasks but also about how I’m feeling, because at certain times, to hear their words of wisdom, really helped to keep going!
9. MUCH HARDER THE SECOND TIME
I had an easy and successful first launch. Great enrolments, rather quick to join, most of them not even going on the payment plan, so basically, cash in the bank!
Second time, woahhh much harder, which taught me about the ‘Second Round Syndrome’. And it makes so much sense.
The first time you create something, your tribe, the people that love your work will be pretty ready to buy, but by the second round most of those who love you have either bought or seen your work, so the challenge extends to expanding your tribe and reaching further out!
Well now I know that it’s a very common one, so fully aware for next time!
10. SETTING A GOAL AND COMMITTING TO IT
Same as last time, I picked my numbers. How many women I felt I could support and still take care of myself. Still offer great gold and also not feel depleted and manage my energy and my lifestyle well. It was actually perfect. The number I went for I got.
I do have to say, I spent a lot of time visualising all of them coming into my life, attracting the right ones, calling in those who needed my help!
It’s always fun and magical to manifest in this way!
11. PRICING CAN BE A SELF INFLICTING TORTURE TOOL!
I spent so much time considering the right price for this round!
First time was a pilot program so I started low but for this one I went back and forth A LOT (and drove my mastermind ladies slightly nuts over the many iterations).
I learnt that this is very connected to my self-worth. How much I believe I can be paid, how much I feel comfortable receiving, how much I believe in my gifts.
Honestly, it was a greater deal for me than for anyone else. I got a gorgeous group of women that all went for it. So yet another area to keep watching and working on!
12. WALK MY TALK!
I ask my clients often, ‘who do you have to become to run the business of your dreams’
This round I asked myself that question so many times. My thinking, my body posture, my daily habits.
How can I align them even more to the my mind’s vision of what I want!
So there you have it, that was my round on the second time around!
